Cancellation and payment policy

ü  The cancellation period of a reservation without penalty is at least 7 days before arrival. For cancellations made in less than 7 days or in case of no-show, the money will not be refunded, but you can choose another period depending on the availability of the Complex;

ü  The payment of the accommodation will be made entirely in RON, at the moment when it`s made the reservation directly on the site www.coroanagh.ro;

ü  If the reservation is made by phone, a proforma invoice is issued for 100% of the full amount for the period of your choice. Subsequently, it is necessary to send us the proof of payment to receptie@coroanagh.ro, which guarantees the reservation. If this proforma is not paid within a maximum of 48 hours from its issuance, the reservation will be automatically cancelled;

ü  To book a reservation, customers will pay 100% of the total value of the requested services. Payment will be made based on the advance invoice issued by the complex and sent by e-mail after confirming the availability of the requested accommodation;

ü  In case of no-show, the resort reserves the right to vacate the apartment/ room for the remainder of the stay. In case of guests without a reservation, the Grand Hotel Coroana Complex **** does not guarantee the availability of the desired apartments / rooms at the time of the request at the reception;

ü  Payment can be made in cash, bank transfer, holiday vouchers or by credit / debit card. The guest is responsible for verifying the data from the invoice for inconsistencies related to the requested services. The reservation is considered completed only after the integral collection by our company of the requested amount.
